Under the agreement, the Danish manufacturer will service 121 of its V82-1.65 MW machines for Alliant Energy.
The turbines are at Alliant’s Whispering Willow Wind Farm – East in the state of Iowa.
Vestas has performed service and maintenance at the wind farm since it began operations in 2009.
