The order is a call-off on a master supply agreement (MSA) announced in December 2013 for multiple US projects, the potential of which totals 718MW. With today’s order, Vestas has secured 298MW under this MSA.
Vestas will supply 48 of its V112.3.0 MW turbines in the second quarter of 2015, with commissioning of the wind farm expected by the fourth quarter 2015.
