Lula pledges cuts of up to 42%, but Greenpeace raps performance
Brazil, which has come under fire for not taking a strong position ahead of the COP15 meeting next month, has announced it will voluntarily reduce emissions by up to 42% by 2020. It is expected to sign off on a climate change policy this weekend.
