Mingyang to site its first US wind turbine plant near Dallas

Mingyang Wind Power Industry Group has opened a Dallas marketing and sales office, and is searching for a turbine manufacturing plant site near the city that would be built once firm orders are in the books, the privately-owned Chinese company says.
