Puerto Rico OKs wind farm despite environmental objections
Governor Luis Fortuno’s government in Puerto Rico has approved a plan to install 25 wind turbines in the southern coastal town of Guayanilla in a move to lessen the Caribbean island’s dependence on imported oil for electricity production and lower energy costs.
