Clipper CEO resigns as turbine maker reports loss

Clipper, the US turbine maker with designs on conquering the EU offshore market, says its chief executive has resigned, and says it made a loss in the second half of 2009 “approaching” the pre-tax $120.2m loss it reported for the first half of the year.
