Idaho Power to boost wind, add geothermal in energy portfolio

Idaho Power plans to add up 150 megawatts of wind power and 20MW of geothermal energy in 2012, and another 20MW of geothermal in 2016, according to the utility’s 20-year Integrated Resource Plan (IRP) submitted to state regulators.
