Mitsubishi turbines do not infringe GE patents - US ITC
In a surprising reversal, the full US International Trade Commission (ITC) rules that Mitsubishi’s 2.4 megawatt (MW) wind turbines do not infringe on General Electric patents, delivering a blow to the US wind giant.
