Samsung, Ontario in talks on wind farm, turbine plant
The Ontario provincial government is negotiating with conglomerate Samsung of South Korea over terms for construction of a wind farm on a thinly-populated 25-kilometer stretch of land between Port Maitland and Nanticoke.
