Q-Cells CEO resigns after firm posts $1.9bn loss

Anton Milner, chief executive of Germany’s crisis-stricken Q-Cells, has resigned his position effective immediately. The news comes two weeks after the firm announced it lost a stunning €1.4bn ($1.9bn) in 2009 – by far the worst performance in the industry’s history.
