UK announces FIT for renewable heat and electricity

The UK is looking to launch a revolution for small-scale electricity with its long-awaited announcement of a feed-in tariff (FIT) for micro-renewables. But industry observers say the FIT is better described as a tempest in a teapot, given its lack of ambition.
