Meyer Burger shakes solar sector with 3SI acquisition
Meyer Burger has completed its 300m Swiss franc ($293m) friendly acquisition of fellow Swiss firm 3S Industries (3SI), in a deal that creates the world’s third largest maker of solar-manufacturing equipment.
