We are currently looking to recruit an astute and experienced Commercial Manager to be based in the CIS Region of Azerbaijan.

Your primary role will involve the supervision of: Technical Office Manager, Lead Planning Engineer, Cost & Value Officer/Cost Engineer, Contract Administrator and the Senior Project Administrator. In this capacity, you will be in regular liaison with the Project Management Team, Project Team and Client Project Team.

Prime responsibilities include:

• Being conversant with the Project HS&E Plan. Proactively participate in achieving the highest possible International standard of HSE implementation
• Assuming overall Project responsibility for all matters of a commercial nature required to ensure the successful completion of the Contract
• Managing, co-ordinating and integrating the activities detailed above to provide a high quality commercial function, ensuring a first-rate level of contractual, commercial and technical expertise
• Management and co-ordination of the preparation of all project and corporate weekly and monthly reporting requirements.
• Management and co-ordination of Project Change Management System, identification and cost and schedule impact analysis
• Management and co-ordination of the preparation of all project valuation and invoicing requirements
• Management and co-ordination of Project Risk Management System
• Management and co-ordination of Subcontract documentation from I.T.T. to final account and close- out.
• Identify suitable local personnel for further development and identify training requirements.
• Develop a succession plan and provide quarterly feedback and updates to the Senior Management team.
