Chinese developers ‘reach breaking point’ with CDM board

The bust-up between the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) executive board and developers of Chinese wind projects has reached breaking point. It is feared that the row could cause irreparable harm to Beijing’s relationship with — and involvement in — the CDM.
