Obama orders federal GHG emissions cut 28% by 2020

President Barack Obama has issued an executive order for the federal government, to slash greenhouse gas emissions 28% by 2020, an aggregate reduction in energy use equivalent to 205 million barrels of oil, or taking 17 million cars off the road for a year.
