Copenhagen optimism limited by 3C warning

A wide ranging agreement appeared more likely at the climate change negotiations in Copenhagen. But a leaked UNFCCC document warns that under countries’ current emissions reductions pledges, the world is heading for a disastrous 3C temperature rise.
