Odds of US passing cap-and-trade bill down to 20% - analyst

The odds of the US passing a cap-and-trade scheme in 2010 have been downgraded to just 20%, says market researcher Point Carbon, thanks to the recent rightward shift in the Senate and the collapse of the Copenhagen summit.
