It was a difficult 12 months for the clean-tech sector as investment fell in 2009, although by a smaller margin than in many other sectors. Things would have been worse if not for the strength of the Asian market, particularly the Chinese wind sector. Yet analysts see many reasons to be optimistic for 2010.
