Which way is up for renewables finance now?

Only a year ago, renewables executives looked hungrily towards the ‘Copenhagen rally’ they believed awaited them in late 2009. What a difference a year makes! In an ironic and somewhat alarming shift, many of those same executives are now busy talking down the importance of Copenhagen.
