GE plans 3.5MW wind turbine after ScanWind takeover
GE has firmly planted its flag in the offshore wind sector by finalising its takeover of Norwegian turbine technologist ScanWind, and unveiling plans to progress development of a 3.5-megwatt (MW) turbine for offshore markets.
